In order to further promote the waste gas controlling, our company had invested nearly 10 million yuan to set up the waste gas treatment facilities, and carried out a comprehensive and thorough rectification.The system adopted advanced production technology to ensure that the waste gas problem could be solved both in source reduction and terminal treatment, through the realization of production automation, facilities tightness, resource recovery, management refinement and other measures. Especially in its terminal treatment, we replaced the original backward device and the VOC emission was reduced further. After that, the exhaust gas was processed through the four-stage alkali spray tower, and the emission will reach the standard. Through continuous rectification, the company's emission status has been significantly improved, and it had also been recognized by the environmental protection bureau of the Chemical Park and the superior government officials.
